Medalist 3*** + A favourite of the Guide Hachette des Bière Organic beer
AB (organic wine)
An organic amber beer, with an impressive array of medals!
This rustic and very aromatic beer is elaborated with roasted malts that reveals notes of caramel, apricot and hazelnut. Slightly smoky and spicy in the mouth with a marked bitterness on the finish and very fine and elegant. The underwood taste of the amber Volcelest is perfect for your summer evenings or evenings by the fireplace.

BRASSERIE DE LA VALLEE DE CHEVREUSE

Before brewing as an amateur, Emmanuel Rey first spent several years working on wine making in France and around the world. It was while making wine in the United States that he discovered the phenomenon of American microbreweries: this triggered him to set up his own business after training at the Brasserie Sancerroise and at the IFBM in Nancy. All the beers that Emmanuel Rey produces are labeled organic and are conceived in the Regional National Park of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse. Nature and the forest seem to have inspired the Volcelest series, a term which in old French means "see, it's him" to designate the animal whose footprint we have just seen on the ground. These perfectly crafted beers are becoming increasingly popular with both craft beer enthusiasts and neophytes. A French brewery in full development, which is making more and more headlines!
