LEAVE YOUR REVIEWPerlage is not exactly so fine, but not aggressive. Nice lime and white fruit, pear above all, aroma. Taste is fresh, softly citric and not so short. Nothing extremely complex but a very enjoyable wine, highly recommended.
It offers the opportunity to taste dry bubbles at a very competitive price. On the site, I have bought and tasted more surprising Cava. The value for money for the type of bubbles is certainly very attractive.
Very good cava and some people get caught and think they are drinking champagne, I would recommend a case of 6 bottles, it's good value for money!
Good cava with delicate bubbles. It is smooth and light. The price is right. I drank it in the afternoon with nuts and it was perfect. I recommend it without hesitation for its quality/price ratio.
I have tasted many cavas. This one has a unique taste. It sparkles very pleasantly. Really perfect in the summer. I can really recommend it!
A cava you expect, good in its characteristics and certainly excellent at the price offered. Fresh and dry it invites prosciutto crudo and melon or maybe some lard and honey crostini... summery!
Yellow-green hue with fine bubbles. Apple and citrus nose with floral and smoky notes. Nice freshness with a sparkling side. Gourmet middle palate, slightly sweet, but not very tangy. Short saline finish, but pleasant.
- hints of bread crust and yeast,
- savoury but not exaggerated,
- good acidity,
- a wine for great aperitifs or studied pairings,
leaving nothing to chance of course
A good compromise for an aperitif with friends. Fine bubbles and a peachy aroma on the palate. A slight acidity nevertheless which explains its 13/20 rating.
A simple but pleasant Cava, pleasant fruity notes on the palate, perfect as an aperitif, but capable of accompanying a summer meal of tapas, octopus and seafood. A must-have.
I was very positively surprised by this cava. At a very affordable price for what it offers. Natural, ample, expressive, fresh. It has a magnificent CPR.
Straw-golden colour, generous head, with more than remarkable perlage. Very citric nose with a very dry palate. Long on the palate with notes of cream, not excessive acidity, light body, medium finish, creamy and mineral.
A total discovery for this raw natural Cava! After a surprising first sip, the wine reveals a complex and interesting aromatic palette! A great discovery!
An excellent Cava, well above average.
A very dry nature.
A good bubble for a disengaged aperitif with tapas or light fish starters
Good product. Correct, fresh and pleasant to drink, although with a slightly aggressive bubble. Excellent with not too tasty fish dishes or as a pleasant aperitif. A good wine, but one that does not leave an indelible memory .... However pleasant.
I expected much more from this cava and more with its 91 Parker points, quite basic cava, aniseed, yeast and citrus aromas, in the mouth the carbonic is a little over the top, I won't repeat.
Cava of great depth for an affordable price, Spain now a great spokesman for the classic method, where producers have the ability to produce excellent products. Nature version to a good aperitif always makes an impression, unbeatable price
An excellent cava with a fantastic quality/price ratio. I discovered it recently thanks to a French friend who has been a Vinatis customer for years.
Cava dosaggio zero in the glass is straw yellow, fine perlage, lots of citrus fruit on the nose, especially lime, very fresh, acidic, and mineral in the mouth, medium fruity finish.
Colour: bright straw-yellow with a nose of fresh fruit, aromatic herbs, balanced. Good acidity, fresh, easy to drink and with discreet perlage. Excellent value for money.
Good Cava at an excellent price. Nice and dry with a persistent bubble, it can be enjoyed throughout a meal. With bread croutons, butter and anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea it is immediately a holiday...
Straw colour with fairly fine perlage. Fruity nose with white-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits and biscuity notes. Dry, with great freshness, perfumed with tantalizing notes of lemon and white flowers. Pleasant quarry with discreet persistence.
A wine that finds its best place, at the end of a meal for sure, in my opinion it binds with fruit desserts but also with fruit itself. Excellent value for money.
An excellent Spanish sparkling wine. Although its bubble is not exactly delicate, it ignores hints of custard to exalt itself in those of unripe apple and lime.
A quality cava! The balance is pleasant and for the promotional price there is not much to complain about. A few small notes of honey on the finish for the amateurs...
Tested during the end of the year celebrations, opinions around the table diverge... perhaps due to its brioche flavours and its notes of honey which can repel.
Very fresh and with crisp and inviting aromas; the bubbles are present but never arrogant, to be drunk chilled as an aperitif but also with seafood dishes and/or protein-enriched salads. A fine discovery.
One of the best Cava's I have ever tasted. It's fresh, light.
An elegant sparkling wine, fine bubbles, a real freshness, an accessible organic brut nature. This is a very nice discovery that I recommend to all lovers of brut nature.
I love Cava more on the grape fruit and a thick and solid bubble for this one. A gourmet pleasure that is easy and quick. The price is a downside compared to other Cava's but it is less painful.
Good acidity and delicate bubble
A really interesting vignette at this price, it accompanied our aperitif very well. I really think I will buy this Spanish product again
Attracted by a promotion, I wanted to try this organic Cava in comparison to a Champagne. It sparkles strongly but lacks something in terms of taste, roundness and charm.
Good nose, suitable for non-demanding aperitifs. A little short and exuberant in nature. Perlage can be improved. Worthwhile if on offer.
Pleasant, without being fancy. Citrus nose, lime, mainly zest with a slight bitterness. A little too much foam. The brioche aspect is sorely lacking to make it a credible alternative to Champagne.
Honestly, I did not find it entirely pleasant, a quarry I would describe as quite normal. As always, value for money influenced the choice
Not appreciated after a collective blind tasting of 6 people as part of an upcoming ceremony. Too acidic, no length on the palate even though there is a good fizz in the glass.
First experience with a cava: good perlage. Ideal to drink chilled for a quality aperitif. Taken on offer, the value for money is undoubtedly very good.
Fairly fine and quite persistent bubble. Straw yellow colour with light golden hues. Mainly white fruit and fragrant flowers on the nose. Typical for aperitifs.
An explosion of freshness and elegance. Its fine and persistent perlage dances on the palate, while hints of citrus and white fruit blend harmoniously. A superior quality Cava that deserves to be enjoyed. A must try!
Fine and persistent bubbles for this cava. On the palate I would have expected a greater persistence of flavours. Suitable as an aperitif in combination with small fish appetisers.
A discrete Cava, with bubbles that are not too persistent, unfortunately, and, aromas typical of the product. For those unfamiliar with this traditional Spanish product, I would recommend trying other Cava wines to get a more complete idea.
The price is too high for the quality. I found it comparable to a Prosecco you'd find in a supermarket. An okay nose with notes of fresh fruit. A little too much acidity (and my tolerance in this area is average), and with a slight imbalance, I'm not convinced.
Good acidity, very fresh. Excellent value for money. Perfect as an aperitif with gougères. Just as good as a dessert, thanks to its freshness.
A good cava, very suitable for aperitifs, seafood or fish. The smell in the glass already suggests the richness of the cava's nuances. I did not know the winery but I will buy it again in my next order.
Good sparkling wine from the DO Cava, with a good CPR. Very pleasant in the mouth, with a moderate flavour. Fruity aromas. Balanced acidity, worth a try.
I was intrigued by the reviews.
certainly much lighter than some of its competitors and therefore much more matchable
fresh savoury and mineral but not too much
Quarry of a good level. Fine perlage of discreet persistence. In the mouth it is fruity soft summery with great pleasantness. An above-average cava. Recommended for an aperitif.
A Cava with good personality and an elegant profile. Great drinkability and caressing perlage. Fruity and mineral aromas that also reappear on the finish.
An interesting sparkling wine with aromas of pear and green apple. On the palate, the acidity is pronounced, the bubbles are fine and the wine has a respectable length.
1+1=3 (U Mes U Fan Tres), began its trading career ten years ago, although the founders have been fully linked to the world of wine for a longer time. The name 1+1=3 of the brand has its origins in the sum of the different synergies: the passion for a job well done in the vineyard and in the production of wine of our oenologist Josep Piñol; the love of Josep Anton Bonell for the precious fruit of the land and the work involved in making the wine. The sum of the energy expended by Carles, Josep and Josep Anton, of the whole team as well as the support of the amateurs of their cava, who are ultimately their best ambassadors.
