LEAVE YOUR REVIEWFine bubbles, good flavour, very good at the right price. For the Christmas holidays, a safe purchase for the aperitif. I will buy it again.
Very good champagne, with an excellent RCP (Offered on web). Aromas of green fruit, with hints of citrus. In the mouth it is very balanced and pleasant, very fine bubbles. Very good choice.
I had never tasted it before and it was a very pleasant surprise. Fine bubbles and fresh presence. A label to keep and drink on any occasion.
This champagne is perfect as a fresh aperitif with amuse bouche and during the meal and also with various fish, also with fruit desserts
A good champagne, drunk during an impromptu aperitif in the company of friends, it was an excellent companion for dialogue during the aperitif. On my next order I will probably take it back
Peach, citrus, yeast and white flowers. On the palate and nose you can feel the fruit and citrus fruits. A very pleasant champagne, fresh and delicate on the palate.
Drunk last night, I was very surprised! Aperitif and dinner with 'poor' products, olives, chips, spaghetti with tomato sauce, it accompanied everything divinely. Very fragrant, butter, white peach, vanilla, it has become my favourite champagne in this price range
Excellent product, obviously a top product, and good both as an aperitif and to accompany fish, meat and vegetable dinners... highly recommended as a gift, especially at Christmas time!
Average Champagne. Good persistent and unobtrusive bubbles. Hints of apple, green apple and pear stand out. Acid and sparkling. Medium structured.
Pleasant Champagne, balanced and good value for money.
A real 'guarantee of success', a wine that always makes a great impression. Nice citrus finish (especially lemon), not too dry, I find it perfect with Salmon sashimi. Always to keep in the fridge.
Very good quality to price ratio, pleasure for this champagne dominated by citrus and fresh fruits. Blended from 3 grape varieties, mainly pinot noir (70%). Ideal for parties.
A very distinctive Champagne
Yellowish colour, persistent and very fine bubble, typical of the best champagnes, very fine perlage on the palate and a taste of citrus and floral hints.
Recommended!
Correct Champagne, flawless but not surprising. Pleasant on the nose, with a predominance of citrus, some ripe tropical fruit and notes of baker's yeast. Pleasant on the palate with well-integrated bubbles but perhaps lacking in acidity and persistence. A Champagne to play it safe.
It is still a good champagne, but it did not live up to the expectations I had placed in it. The bubbles were not very symmetrical and not very even, with an acceptable bouquet.
A fine attack on the palate, with freshness.
But the bubbles are a little coarse and the aromas not very present.
No faults, but not very expressive for the price.
Powerful and at the same time well perfumed and fruity wine. The first impression is soft and brings impressions of citrus and certain fruits of the forest, such as blueberries and raspberries. The continuation remains strong and perfumed.
A champagne that fulfils its purpose: festive sharing for an aperitif or the start of a meal. Some critics say its bubbles are too coarse, but I find them fine. I also like its smoothness on the palate.
The characteristic that struck me most is that it has a refreshing acidity that gives it vivacity and structure, but it also has a smooth, silky texture on the palate.
Truly excellent, yellow in colour, fine bubbles that delight the palate, with hints of flowers and citrus fruits, excellent for hors d'oeuvres and first courses serve at 7 or 8° degrees
Heidsieck & CO Monopole Champagne is one of the oldest Houses in the region. Indeed, it was founded by Florens-Louis Heidsieck, in 1785: he created a business selling wool and wines in Reims, which he named "Heidsieck & CO". Very soon, he abandoned the trade of wool to devote himself entirely to Champagne. For the record, an underwater Swedish expedition found the wreck of the Jönköping, at the eastern peak of the Baltic Sea, 64 meters deep; discovering 2,400 bottles of champagne Heidsieck Monopole & CO 1907. Some vintage bottles were auctioned for a cool $8 million! Today, Heidsieck & CO Monopole is an internationally renowned champagne brand, popular among conoisseurs, which combines tradition, history and modernity.
