Voarick is an integral part of the Compagnie Vinicole de Bourgogne. This company, founded in 1951 by Louis Felix Picard, has been making and maturing Crémants de Bourgogne for many years. The Voarick cuvée is aged for an average of 24 months in a cellar in Mercurey where the temperature and humidity are constant throughout the year. This Crémant, which is predominantly made from Pinot Noir grapes, has both power and finesse thanks to this extensive maturing process and the conditions in which it is aged.
