LEAVE YOUR REVIEWElegant! This is the first word that comes to mind. Bubbles that flirt with perfection. A very balanced wine, originally chosen for the aperitif, it was acclaimed to accompany the chicken. To sum up: a Grand Champagne.
I was introduced to it a few years ago and have made it my favourite Champagne ever since. Descends like whey with an elegance and a unique balance in its fine bubbles. This Champagne is always to be expected in quantity + in the forecasts.
I bought this Champagne as a birthday present for my uncle who likes to drink Champagne. A good Champagne, very good value for money. Ideal as an aperitif. A very interesting price for a treat while drinking a good glass of Champagne. Very much recommended!
100% Chardonnay discovered in a 3-star restaurant. Glad to have found it on the site. Faithful to the tasting, fine bubbles and delicate aromas. It is a sure value for the aperitif. I recommend.
After owning Champagne Deutz until the early 1990s, the Lallier family decided to create their own estate before selling the brand in 2003 to Isabelle and Francis Tribaut, both oenologists. Together, they offer exclusively Premier Cru and Grand Cru Champagnes, their range being voluntarily very low in sugar "under-dosed" (or even non-dosé) in order to seek out the identity of the terroir. Their Champagnes, present but never invasive, prove to be a real success that will quickly seduce lovers of Champagne with character.
