LEAVE YOUR REVIEWDelamotte is often referred to as a petite Salon. Both come from Cote de Blancs. The signature chalky minerality of Chardonnay wrapped in toasty brioche aromas and orchard fruits. A great value for money Blanc de Blancs.
A magnificently balanced champagne. Definitely one of the best champagnes in my opinion, and practically everyone thinks the same. Every time. I think the price is great value for money.
A great discovery: out of the different champagnes I've tasted at celebrations, this is by far and away the best and is excellent value for money. The bubbles are very tight and the taste is mineral, without being too acidic. I'll be buying it again and I recommend it.
Unbeatable value for money, one of the best non-vintage Blanc de Blancs on the market, light, airy, all finesse, perfect as an aperitif with a few canapes.
An excellent Blanc de Blancs! Compelling expertise. You really won't be disappointed. Pairs marvellously with seafood or fish-based starters.
A superb example of Blancs de Blancs - fine and well honed - made by the wonderful Maison Delamotte, which is also responsible for the indescribable Champagne Salon. A champagne that never disappoints.
For those who dread acidity in blended champagnes, this Blanc de Blanc is a guarantee of balance. Floral, with fine bubbles and no astringency. The majority will enjoy it.
Everyone really enjoyed it during drinks with the family, and a few people who know about wine said it was almost as good as some of the champagnes sold at twice the price or even more!
Delamotte champagne is excellent. No acidity. It also benefits from a very good price, taking into account its quality. Brioche aromas, just what we look for in a good champagne.
Delamotte Champagnes are well known to Chardonnay lovers. This beautiful house, founded in 1760, in Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, is now part of the Laurent-Perrier house. It produces supple, airy, fine Champagnes which find their place as an aperitif or at the table.
