1-Is it safe to pay online?

Vinatis uses a secured system of payment in accordance with SSL (Secure Payment System) 128 bit encryption code, the protocol of the surest encoding and the most widespread currently. Your banking details are directly encrypted and sent towards our secured server of payment, the Banque Populaire of the Alpes, without passing by our site. Vinatis thus does not store any banking information.

2- Can I buy different products on the same order ?

You compose your basket as you wish ! The majority of our references can be bought separately.

3- I wish to send a gift, how do I do ?
|
Make your own selection or find inspiration in our gift section. Do not forget to write a personal card which will be joined to the parcel.

4-How do I pay my order?
-By credit card, on line or per telephone/fax. - Per bank transfer. These choices are proposed to you during the validation of your order. Your order is sent once we have received the payment.

5- Can I pay by cheque?
|
Yes, but only with a french cheque. You just have to send your payment by mail to us mentioning to the back of the cheque your N° of order. The order will be dispatched as of reception of the payment.

7-What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Don’t hesitate to contact our After-sales service by email to sav@vinatis.com to ask for a research. We will do the necessary and will answer you in 24 hours (working days).

8-What happens if I am not in the day the carrier comes by to deliver ?
Depending on the selected type of transport: (refer to the page: http://www.vinatis.co.uk/faq_livraison_en.aspx - Via GLS, GEFCO or SCHENKER: If you’re absent, a calling card will be left to invite you to contact the conveyor to define a new day of delivery. You have 7 days to contact the conveyor to fix a new appointment. The delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday, before 18:00. - Via CHRONOPOST (on 24:00 or ON A DAY YOU WANT): If you’re absent, a message will be left to tell you that you can recover your parcel at the post office nearest to your home. The delivery is carried out from Monday to Saturday, before 18:00.

9-What happens if my bottles break during the delivery?
Our packaging is studied specifically for the wine transport. We have a very low rate of breakage (less than 0.5% of the parcels). If despite this, the parcel does not look suitable, please refuse the whole order and note the reasons for the refusal down on the delivery paper. Then contact our after- sales service within 48 hours by email to sav@vinatis.com reminding your order number and the nature of the breakage. We will do our best to resend your parcel within the shortest delay possible and for free.

10-What to do if a product is missing or if there is an error on my order?

Our logistic service takes thoroughly care to prepare the orders correctly. However, of you discover en erreur on your order, please contact our after sale service per email, sav@vinatis.com. We will do the necessary to compensate you entirely as soon as possible.

11- How will I know that my order has been well registered ?

You will receive an email confirming the details of your order immediately after the validation on our website.

12- How will I know that my order has been sent?

Your will receive a message by email from our shipping department that confirms the treatment of your order the day we ship it.

13-How can I know that my gift was indeed delivered to the recipient?
