With 35 ha in Menetou Salon and 5 ha in Sancerre, the domain Henry Pellé is THE reference of this appellation. Made from old vines of sauvignon on a mosaic of soil, this wine declines persistent aromas of citrus and white fruit on a superb minerality. The palate has a nice fade, a noble fat because of the aging on the lees.
Right, lively and generous with its fruit almost crispy, this wine gives pleasure and lust to learn more in a hurry!
