Château Durfort is a wine of the terroir. A fine wine but with character ! It offers us a nice aromatic complexity with notes of fruits, spices and a lot of roundness.

After 12 months in ok barrels and mainly made from Syrah, the Château de Durfort is a more modern Corbières. Forget those tannic and coarse red wines. This one is round, well-balanced, fruity and elegant, the keywords of Cellier.

Excellent vin et prix raisonnable, que demander de plus ! Fruité et boisé (fûts de chêne) mais attention, vin assez charpenté (14,5°) qui ne conviendra pas aux palais sensibles...
